Offline Camp terms and conditions

• Amount once paid shall not be refunded or adjusted towards other participants.
• Owing to any unforeseen circumstances, ISKCON Samskriti reserves the right to cancel any module and offer alternate modules.
• The decision of the module trainer with respect to the eligibility of a candidate for a module, which is based on an audition, is final.
• Change of modules and change of batches are not encouraged.
• The various activities that may be filmed, shall be used for future educational and promotional purposes.
• We reserve the right to cancel or amend the online programs and the accompanying terms and conditions without notice.
• Entry into the online programs will be deemed as acceptance of all these terms and conditions.
• All notifications and program-related communication will be through electronic mode of communication.
• We may undertake publicity activities relating to all our program-related participations, competitions, and awards if any. The participants, therefore, agree to the use of their name, surname, photograph, prize details, and disclosure of town or region of residence in any post-prize-winning publicity campaigns. The copyrights of all photos, audio, and video recordings shall rest with ISKCON Samskriti and the educational initiatives of ISKCON Bangalore.
• Participants shall report on time for the Culture Camp every day.
• The Culture Camp is scheduled with an expectation of active participation from the child, hence we request that the children attend the entire program without any break.
• Missed sessions shall not be repeated.
• Parents are not encouraged to meet the children during the camp activities.
• Participants shall not carry mobile phones or other electronic devices to the Camp.
• Participants shall not carry any non-veg food items including eggs to the Camp.
• Participants are strictly advised to follow the proper dress code.
• Certificates will be issued to all participants who have attended 90% of the sessions.

Transport terms & Conditions (applicable only to the participants who choose the transportation facility):

• ISKCON Samskriti is only acting as a Facilitator for the transport facility between the transport vendors and the parents.
• The transport tariff charged per route is for the entire camp duration. The charges are fixed based on the distance and the type of vehicle.
• Vehicle routes for each location will be prepared by ISKCON considering the convenience of all the participants and the vehicle movement in traffic.
• Parents are requested to drop children off on time for their daily pick-up, at mutually convenient points. The vehicle will not wait for more than two minutes at any location. In case the vehicle is missed, parents will need to arrange to drop the child at the camp venue on that particular day.
• Transport fees once collected shall not be refunded.
• Transportation facility will begin from Day 1 afternoon onwards. Transport facility will not be available on the educational trip day and on Talents day.
• Children are advised not to carry any valuables while traveling in the vehicle or in the camp.
• Children are strictly advised not to share any of their contact details with anyone.
• ISKCON Samskriti holds the right to decide the routes, and change the type of vehicle based on the number of registrations for the routes.
• In case of route cancellation by ISKCON Samskriti due to insufficient enrolments, the transport fee shall be refunded after the deduction of proportionate charges for the day’s facility is availed. Parents will have to make their own travel arrangements for the camp duration.
