1. How many modules are available for the Paathashaala course?

This year (2024) there are 5 modules as part of Paathashaala – Gita Quest, Personality Plus, Vedic Mathematics, Vocal Music (Carnatic), and, Sanskrit – Basic.

2. Can we switch the course midway?

Once a course is selected, it is better for the participant to completes the course to reap the benefit. We, therefore, do not recommend this practice.

3. Can we cancel the course? What is the cancellation policy?

 We understand that there can be unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation. The following the cancellation policy:

• If the registration is cancelled before the course start date, you are entitled to a full refund.
• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made up to 2 weeks after the course start date.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made more than 2 weeks after the course start date.

4. Will you be providing the recorded sessions?

Yes, the recorded sessions will be provided.

5. Will you be providing any reference/reading material for the courses offered?

Yes, reference materials will be provided based on the course syllabus.

6. Will you provide any course completion certificate?

Yes, a printable e-certificate will be provided.

7. What will be the group size?

A group may have 10-15 students. However, it may vary as per the registrations.

8. What will be the mode of communication?

All official communications will be through emails. Please check your emails regularly. Please save the following email ids on to your contact list:

9. Can a participant register for more than one course at a time?

Yes, the courses are scheduled to allow enrolment in multiple courses simultaneously.

10. When will you share the links for the course?

Shortly after registration, the details will be sent via email. We will also communicate through WhatsApp, as many parents have preferred this method in the past.

11. What should I do if the payment is made, but there is no confirmation email from your side?

Please reach out to our customer care email ID.

12. What will be the duration of each session?

All sessions are for a duration of 1 hour.

13. When will the course begin?

The course dates will be displayed on the registration form.

14. What will be syllabus for Vedic Maths, Vocal Music and Sanskriti?

Basic course will be taken up. More details will be shared on day 1 of the course.

15. What will happen if the no. of kids in a batch are less than the desired number?

We shall merge them with other batch students or act as per the convenience of the child/parent.
