  1. Are there any other modules like dance, music?

 

Currently, we have only the modules Gita Quest and Personality Plus. We plan to introduce more courses next year.

 

  1. Can we change the course after choosing a particular course?

 

Once a course is selected, it is better for the participant to complete the course to reap the benefit. We, therefore, do not recommend this practice.

 

  1. Can we cancel the course? What is the cancellation policy?

 

 We understand that there can be unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation.

 

Cancellation policy:

  1. You may opt out of the course any time.
  • If the registration is cancelled before the course start date, you are entitled for a full refund.
  • A 50% refund will be entertained up to 2 weeks from the course start date. No refund for any cancellation after 2 weeks from the course start date.

  1. Will you be providing the recorded sessions?

 

Recorded videos will be provided only to those students who miss the sessions due to some unforeseen circumstances.

 

  1. Will you be providing any reference/reading material for the courses offered?

 

Yes, as per the syllabus.

 

  1. Will you provide any course completion certificate?

 

Yes, a printable e-certificate will be provided.

 

  1. What will be the group size?

 

A group may have 10-15 students. However, it may vary as per the registrations.

 

  1. What will be the mode of communication?

 

All official communications will be through emails. Please check your emails regularly. Please save the following email ids on to your contact list:

  1. Can a participant register for more than one course at a time?

 

Yes, the courses are scheduled in such a way that it is possible to enroll in more than one course at a time.

 

  1. When will you share the links for the course?

 

Soon after registration, the details will be sent over email. We shall also communicate through WhatsApp, as many parents have preferred this mode of communication in the past.

 

  1. What should I do if the payment is made, but there is no confirmation email from your side?

  1. What will be the duration of each session?

 

All sessions are for a duration of 1 hour.

 

  1. When will the course begin?

 

The course dates will be displayed on the registration form.
